Financial Assistance
The Ministry of Education provides financial assistance to needy Singapore Citizen students in Government or Government-aided schools so that all Singaporeans, regardless of their financial background, can benefit from the best opportunities in education. You are strongly encouraged to apply for MOE FAS via the online e-FAS application.
Please take note that, for families with the below mentioned conditions, you are to submit the hardcopy form with supporting documents to school.
a. Family with other dependents (Great grandparents, Aunties/ Uncles, Cousins and others)
b. Family with more than 5 children in Government / Government Aided School
c. Family with more than 4 unmarried Children not in Government/ Government Aided Schools
d. Family with more than 3 grandparents in the household

ENHANCEMENT TO MINISTRY OF EDUCATION FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME (updated 14 Oct 2022)
From 1 January 2023, Singapore Citizen students from households with gross monthly household income (GHI) of $3,000 and below, or per capita income[1] (PCI) of $750 and below, will be eligible for the MOE FAS.
